In such cases, we can offer you two options:

1. Sustainable Disposal: We can recycle your device responsibly for you at no extra cost.

2. Part-Exchange / Buy-back: If your device has salvageable components, we may offer to buy it from you for a fair price. You walk away with cash in your pocket instead of a broken gadget, and we get to reuse parts to save other devices from the landfill....

    Busy schedule? We offer a door-to-door collection and delivery service in the local area. We’ll pick up your device, fix it, and bring it back to your doorstep. (A small delivery fee may apply depending on your distance).

  • UK-Wide Mail-in Repair:

    Not local? No problem. Use our secure Mail-in Service. Simply book your repair online, post your device to us via tracked delivery, and we’ll ship it back to you good as new.
