Complete a short online form with your device details and issue description or request for PLC diagnostics or IT training and the type of service you need (mail in repair, local drop off or collection). We confirm your request through the email and send you full postage, drop - off or collection details.

DIAGNOSTICS & SERVICE PLAN

We perform a full diagnostic check and prepare a clear service plan. You receive transparent information about the issue, available options, and pricing — all handled remotely for your convenience. We only begin work after you approve the cost. Diagnostics are free with approved repair. If declined, the fee is £15.

REPAIR, SUPPORT, OR TRAINING

We complete the repair or provide the requested service, whether it’s technical support, upgrades, or IT training. Every device is handled with precision and care in our family‑run studio.

QUALITY CHECK

Before returning your device, we run final tests to ensure everything works perfectly and meets our quality standards.PAYMENT AND RETURN SHIPPING

After the repair is complete, we send you test results and a payment link. Once paid, we ship your device back to your chosen address.

MAIL IN REPAIR

Save time and skip the trip: our seamless mail-in process is designed to get your hardware back in action with zero hassle and minimal delay.

Pack Your Device Safely

Use bubble wrap and a sturdy box. Add a note inside with your name, phone number, and the repair request number so we can match your device.

Send or Hand Over Your Device

Choose the method that suits you best. You can choose to use your own courier or use our pre-paid Royal mail tracked label.
You receive a confirmation as soon as your device reaches our studio.

LOCAL DROP-OFF (CORBY)

We offer local drop‑off for customers in Corby.
Drop‑off is available by appointment only to ensure safe handling and fast turnaround.

At drop‑off we confirm:
• device model
• reported fault
• visible condition
• your contact details

LOCAL COLLECTION (CORBY AND NEARBY AREAS)

For customers who prefer not to travel, we provide local collection within Corby and nearby areas.
